http://www.lightstalkers.org/tomtinervin I have a background in finance and began my career managing employee stock purchasing programs for Fortune 500 companies (SSMB).After Wall Street, I started an art publishing company (OmniFineArt) and underwriting service (OmniGuard) insuring art.I held the exclusive license to reproduce and sell digital reproductions (giclee) of the masterworks from the Smithsonian American Art Museum and Hermitage. 9/11 literally destroyed my art publishing company and it was through my experience on that day that photography was brought to the forefront in my life.Shortly there after a friend at Sygma introduced me to Corbis and over the course of the next four and half years I worked for both Corbis and Getty on the front lines selling photography commercially and editorially as well as working in photo assignments. Currently, I am the ASP Director for Digital Railroad, Inc., a company supplying online photo archives to individual photographers and agencies alike.
