Victims of political violence during the Presidential run-off election in Zimbabwe take refuge at Harvest House, the MDC headquarters, in Harare, Zimbabwe, Monday, June 23, 2008. Due to a tip-off earlier in the day that Robert Mugabe's Zanu-PF supporters would raid the house, the majority of its more than 2,000 residents fled to avoid arrest. The headquarters was eventually raided at about noon that day and 60 MDC supporters, many of which were too old or injured to be evacuated, were arrested. Later in the night, when these images were taken, at least 700 of those who had fled had returned to escape the cold as they had nowhere else to go.
