Livorno (Italy). Center for mental health named after the psychiatrist Franco Basaglia, who was the main inspirer of the 180/1978 law that forbids imprisonment in asylums. In 1998, finally, the psychiatrist that directs the center was the first to believe that Franco coud live free among other people. In the small park surrounding the center, Riccardo Bargellini created and still directs the PAC 180, a contemporary art park.
