He moved to Japan in 1990 and became heavily involved in the local underground art scene as a sound/visual artist. He started freelancing in 1997 and his images have appeared in various publications throughout Japan and overseas including "Japan Times", "PlanB", "Skin Deep", "Bizarre", "The Wire", "Suicide Girls", "Tatowier", "Kansai Time Out", "Japan Zine" among others.
