A U.S. soldier severely injured during a battle in Musa Qala, Afghanistan (volatile Helmand Province) lies helplessly as doctors tend to his wounds. He lived ... it was the second time he had been injured in battle, having been awarded a Purple Heart Medal in a previous deployment to Iraq.
