<description>Sean Bowie is an emerging documentary photographer with a strong interest in hyper-local news and collaborative multimedia story-telling. He is currently developing a growing body of work focused on his local community of Baltimore, MD. Constantly working to develop his skills across visual mediums, Sean strives to be a versatile documentarian and a collaborative teammate in meeting the ultimate goal of quality visual story telling.

The emergence of blog-based reporting, multimedia capture technology and the ever increasing ease with which he can create, edit, produce and share his stories has energized his mission. Stemming from this creative momentum, Sean has begun developing his own hyper-local new outlet in Baltimore City that he hopes to grow into a cooperative outlet for media professionals as a reliable model for fresh hyper-local news and information.

In addition to his journalistic projects, Sean also works on his writing and commercial photography out of his Baltimore home-base.

Sean Bowie is available for assignments locally - in Baltimore and Washington, D.C. - and is also available for international and domestic travel assignments.
