As a recognition for her portrait work, she received the best 2005 Portrait Award by the Institute of Contemporary Interdisciplinary Arts at Bath University (UK). Her work has been exhibit in solo and group exhibitions. Though Adelina’s main income comes from a different industry, she has done some part-time photographic work, including both commissions and sale of stock photography.
