His work, which is published by the major international media, is often used as debating material during conferences, television programmes and festivals, and exhibited and projected in museums, galleries and universities. He has been represented by the French agency Cosmos since 2010. His reportages: “Water and Land in Sahel, the case of Burkina Faso”: "Runner-Up" at the "Travel Photo Of The Year" in UK; 2nd place and 2 mentions of honour at the IP Awards (NYC); Silver Award of Excellence at the "Biennial Juried Photography Show" (NY). “Trasmigrazioni”: published and diffused by the main international media, such as BBC, Lens - New York Times, International Herald Tribune, El Pais Semanal, Corriere della Sera Magazine, Il Venerdì di Repubblica, RAI Radio Televisione Italiana and included in the academic publication “African and Black Diaspora” (Taylor & Francis); 2nd prize in three international photojournalism competitions: PX3 de la Photographie Paris, Fotoweek DC Washington, Chatwin prize Genova, 3 mentions of honour at the IP Awards (NYC). In March 2011 it won the Days Japan Readers Award. “Libyan Uprising”: reportage about the first month of the revolt in Libya, including the first images of the siege of Misurata to be published by the international press. This project gained 2nd prize for war photojournalism at the PX3 de la Photographie Paris and was projected at the New York Photo Festival 2011.
