I've been known to write in addition to taking pictures. Recent photography grants include a purchase grant as part of Washington DC's City Hall Art Collection and a Yellow Fox Foundation grant; in 2008, I was a finalist for the first grant under the David Alan Harvey Fund for Emerging Photographers.
