I'm moving our discussion on-line, hope that's ok. *1) Dimensions* Yeah, we can suss out the image's dimensions and scale it down either/both ways if necessary. The only issue I can think of might arise from unusual aspect ratios; for example, a panorama at 3:1. Using your specs, that'd result in a photo 760px by 253px. Would that still work, Eugene? *2) Pop-ups* The problem with "Corbis' site":http://pro.corbis.com/ is that it tries to pop-up windows automatically, which pop-up blockers are definitely designed to prohibit. In our case, we'd be popping-up windows on a mouse-click request, which helps, but doesn't eliminate the problem. Given that the slideshow window's going to be so big anyway, I don't see a lot of benefit to a pop-up window for us; pop-ups are useful for little contextual tid-bits, which this isn't. Let's just make the slideshow a "normal" page, albeit a stripped-down one... as long as we include a clear "Back to Lightstalkers" link, I think it'll be usable. Eugene, have you thought about the thumbnail index? If you have any ideas for that, let us know!
