For example, in case photog and the agency stop collaborating - the agency has an exclusive right to sell your material worldwide for a perioud of up to two years after the termination. Is this a normal situation now? What are the terms in other agencies? Although as John says, in these digital times there seems no need for it at all. You leave and the agency should delete your stuff after tying up any loose ends. Simple. Sion you're right it's non-exclusive - I should've paid more attention but even if it's non-exclusive it prevewnts you from submitting your archives to another agency because they will probably want some sort of exclusivity on their territory. I don't want to accept these terms but I also don't want to stop working with the agency and I don't really know how to negotiate better terms.
