Assistants list

I'm having a hellish time finding an assistant for this weekend. Does anyone have any good lighting people they use?

We should make a permanent list with comments.

I would do it, as I am heading back to New York for a spell and need to pick up some extra work, but I wont be arriving until after the weekend. However, if you want to keep me in mind for the future! I know lighting, worked as an assistant for several years, lighting everything from portraits to entire factories. email macocael@yahoo.com.

So what's taking you so long, hmmmm?

I have a list made up now after the hunt for a bunch of assistants. I can't vouch for them but at least it's a start. Let me know how you want to go about doing this.

Re: Assistants list

Hello,

After working as an assistant photo editor for a large photo agency,I am currently looking for a job as a photographer's assistant. I am inexperienced when it comes to assisting photographers however, I am willing to learn as much as I can.

I am a creative individual with a passion for photography. I am enthusiastic, hard-working and highly organized with excellent inter-personal skills. I enjoy working in a photography-oriented environment. If you or anyone you know is in need of an assistant, please let me know.
