I used to be her editor and lost touch since her move to Australia. I've just learned that she was killed in a car accident Thursday, 10/18, traveling through Ohio. Please, please contact me 917-539-3591 if you have any recent photos of her. Our old newspaper, Newsday in New York, would like to run a nice obit of her. We have had a difficult time getting hold of any of Bridget's friends from New York. As of now we haven't determined anything for services, but we do have an obit running in the Sacramento Bee.
