Not great but they have rooms for $20 if you push for it. Speak to Abdullah or Ibrahim. There is wireless, a TV and DVD player in the reception area(which becomes a bit of a vocal point) a battered old 8 ball pool table and a bar of sorts. If you decide to stay be careful with the gas heaters if there is one in the room. Some of them leak and dying of carbon monoxide poisoning in Kabul would be rather sad and pathetic. I couldnt agree more about dying from Carbon Monoxide in Kabul. Of the many ways that may present themselves, thats not one that would read well in the papers back home. Do you have a line on a fixer there too perhaps? rates etc?
