PHOTOSHELTER

Hello all,

Was wondering if any of you creatives out there are members of PhotoShelter and if so, have any of you seen any return on sales yet? Any feedback would be great. Thanks so much!

Re: PHOTOSHELTER

Sales are happening (can't speak personally about that, though), and Allen and Grover have made comments on the contributor forum that sales are picking up, big clients are setting up frequent buyer accounts, etc. But, everything's new over at PSC and there's a lot of marketing that needs to be done to get awareness out to designers/editors/buyers, especially since the place has only been at full pace for a month or so. Over at Aphotoeditor.com there was recently a big list of stock sites, and he placed PSC in with the big guns, and comments on the post (by APE and other editors) make it seem like people clients are turning to PSC more and more because it's got good stuff and "doesn't feel like shopping wal-mart." All seems to be good news.
