English has to be good since it is for interviews too and so do social skills given the nature of the story. On the same not, it wouldn't hurt if it was a woman, but not a demand at this point. But unfortunately, all this is self-financed, so writer and I can not pay whatever rates international TV-crews and staff writers are able to, but of course we will be able to pay something.
