She'd hoped to receive a refund since she'd prepaid for the workshop. The powers that be will do their best to give her a partial refund, but really need to have her place filled by someone else before they could give a full refund. If you are thinking of registering, she asks that you please do it in her, Patricia Lay Dorsey's place..you can contact her for details at croneart@comcast.net I don't know all the details but it is possible you'd get a little $ break by doing it this way, but please talk with patricia about that.
