Everyone on the list! I think that by home base, we need to define it as the place we want others to remember us by. It is not necessarily the place where your main residence is. You might reside close to the place name many people would recognize, which you should list. If you add your current location to your entry in the PhotoShelter list, you can take care of your availability at multiple locations over some period of time.
