      <title>Vigilantes on the Border</title>

 Screening and panel discussion of &quot;Rights on the Line: Vigilantes at the Border&quot; at New York University&#226;&#8364;&#8482;s King Juan Carlos Center, next Tuesday, October 25th at 7:15pm. The video was produced by the American Friends Service Committee (AFSC) and WITNESS and co produced by the ACLU. &quot;Rights on the Line&quot; exposes vigilante violence and controversy over groups like the &#226;&#8364;&#339;Minuteman Project&#226;&#8364;? as the latest manifestation of a long and painful history for border communities.

The screening is part of special 2-day symposium on immigrant issues taking place at NYU. Panelists will include Tamaryn Nelson, Program Coordinator for Latin America and the Caribbean at WITNESS, Felecia Bartow, a member of the video team from AFSC, Will Coley, a member AFSC's Immigrant Rights Program and will be moderated by Larry Siems of PEN.
