In "Dayton, 10 Years On," Richard Holbrooke, architect of Bosnia's Dayton peace plan, and a group of distinguished writers, including David Rieff and Chuck Sudetic, will consider these issues at a panel discussion to be moderated by Tom Gjelten, national security correspondent for NPR and the author of "Sarajevo Daily: A City and its Newspaper Under Siege." Rieff is the author of "Slaughterhouse: Bosnia and the Failure of the West"; "A Bed for the Night: Humanitarianism in Crisis"; and "At the Point of a Gun: Democratic Dreams and Armed Intervention". He is the co-editor of "Crimes of War: What the Public Should Know." Sudetic covered the Yugoslav conflict for the New York Times, and is the author of "Blood and Vengeance: One Family's Story of the War in Bosnia."
