I was told too either download a patch from their website or get the new software sent to me. Before you even connect it to your mac check the supplied software is up to date as it crashed my PC. If you have the up to date software setting up Bluetooth is easy enough. Go to manage connections and set up the Bluetooth via the device. You need to pair a device to the blackberry and set it up first though. Have a play around with it, i figured it out after a while.
