All works have to be submitted in CD-DVD or have to be sent by email, format JPEG. All unframed works shall be submitted together with notes on author technique and the short description of the story . Author shall compete with a photography series, 3 or 5 photos. Submitted works are evaluated and selected by selecting Committee. All works shall be submitted to Kosova Art Galery from 10 June to 25 July 2009. Curator of the 2009th edition is Samir Karahoda.
