The FRANCE 24-RFI Award will honour the web documentary that sets itself apart from the other entries in terms of choice of subject, originality and innovative use of new multimedia tools. For information, France 24 and RFI target is not the Frenchs living in France but the french speaking people all around the world (France 24 is not broadcasted through DVB-T in France, you have to have an Internet Box, satellite, etc. to watch it). RFI is 100% state owned, France 24 50% (the other half is owned by the main private TV Channel in France, TF1). Cheers.
