      <title>mamiya 7 pressure plate 120-220 change</title>
      <description>hi, very basic question: can anyone tell me how to change the settings on this?&amp;nbsp; i've tried pushing the plate down and sliding it and also tried rotating it, but no luck, so it seems i'm not doing somthing right.....&lt;br/&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi Jake, just got home and found my 7II. I think you may have jinxed it! Mine is acting a bit weird now! No, I just had to jiggle it a bit. Somehow you don't have to press the plate all the way down, just a tiny bit and then start rotation. If it is already in the 110 position, then turn clockwise. If it is in 220, then turn counter clockwise.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br/&gt;
