I was wondering how much one compensates someone for driving around and also possible hotel stays in other towns. Is there a rate? The person who will be helping me from Kampala is a resident and is part of an organization that sponsors different people in the region that I am interested in photographing. He does not need any photos for trade. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. There are lots of fine hotel choices mostly depending on your budget...Outside of Kampala steady power is still a bit iffy so plan accordingly with back up batteries for all devices.
