I have the canon ef-s 10-22. its not 2.8 but it is wide and internal focus.

hey Nayantara,

the lens is EF-S 10-22mm f/3.5-4.5 USM

they sell it new for 689.95

-mine has been used for five months but has no damage, i'll send you a picture of the actual lens if you like.

_i feel in love with the 24 f/1.4L and want to built up some cash, thats why I want to sell this one.

would like to get 500.00 for it

Just a comment about this lens...
This lens was specifically built for the Canon 20D and 300D. It will not work with any camera that has a sensor greater than 1.6X due to the short back focus, meaning it will not work with Canon 1D and 1DS series or 5D cameras. It will also not work with the 10D or earlier models like the D60 or D30 due to an incompatible lens mount flange.

thanks for the info. i've been shooting a 20D so the lens would fit quite nicely. trouble is i shoot mostly available light stuff so i need something faster. thank you though. and goodluck with all.
