For the time being he's got a grant that just covers basic equipment, so he can't pay until the agency starts creating revenue. Room and board is obviously covered. The office is in Sulaymaniyah in Iraqi Kurdistan. Although there is no pay, this would be a great opportunity for any students looking for internships and the opportunity to work in northern Iraq. There will of course be plenty of time to go off and shoot in the region and transportation and translators will be provided.
