The apartment could easily be shared by three people. Free heat, water and wifi. Tenant pays electricity only. I'm seeking a responsible, mature tenant. NO SMOKERS--if you smoke you must do it outside. If you need a roommate, you will have to find one yourself. I cannot arrange roommates. Tenants must have good credit, references and deposit. There were still guys with ropes and bats jumping bikes on bridge. Don't remember if we were still calling the 2 train the "deadly deuce" by then, but Tompkins Square was still surrounded by squats, not mojito bars. ah the good old days... Police pct around the corner which depending on your point of view is good or bad. Hilly, like the Bronx which is a nice change from the rest of flat New York. I used to go up there quite a bit to visit a friend in a harm reduction center.
