Basically you'll need the help of local NGOs (see my email) to get anywhere close. Locals who call themselves 'fixers' are likely to be suspect - especially the fast talkers with good English! All UXO clearance is done by government approved NGOs. Normally you'd need the permission of village heads before photographing in those areas. Good luck.
