Best lab, NYC, Exhibition Prints

Need to hear about best labs in New York City as regards making 16x20 color exhibition prints either traditionally or drum scanning for digital printing. Prefer the drum scanning option. That way I can tweak the files myself before lab prints them. Museum exhibition starts May so have some time yet.

Very nice people to work with..they are happy to work collaboratively to get the print you want. Call to see if they are taking on new clients.

Ben at Color Space Imaging 212-229-2969. Ben's a very nice guy, it's his place,his pride and joy, does analog and digital. Very good at printing and scanning. He's related to Hong down the street, but opened his own lab some time ago.
Laumont at 333 W. 52nd St btwn 8th-9th Ave. 212-664-0594. A lot of artists and famous photog are using them. Check out the gallery. They also do mounting.
Maybe Ken Lieberman: http://www.lieberman-labs.com/ Never been there though.
Most other labs I know and used are more commercial/magazine oriented and not as neat. I'm sure there are several private printers out there as well, at Print Space 212-255-1919 - 151 W. 19th Street/7th Ave. they might be able to hook you up with someone. I remember seeing printers there printing for artists all the time, just keep in mind that it might not be as clean in a rental lab, with beginners printing there as well.
