There is some good nature/landscape type shooting up north in Coromandel just ask one of the locals they are a pretty friendly lot. If you want to get human interest or the face of Maori NZ go to the Hokianga area beautiful landscape, awesome people and great seafood. If you have an interest in the radical Maori movement someone on Matakana should be able to put you in touch with someone pretty easily. I think Tamaite is still around in Auckland somewhere. It's a small country and everyone knows everyone in a way. Let me know what ya want to shoot. Might have some more ideas for ya.
