We are highlighting the effects of developing aid in the form of a documentary film. We are currently in Haiti to answer the question: do generous donations actually have the desired effect, or do they conversely create an unhealthy dependence? We will examine the issues of necessity and usefulness of traditional development assistance, and offer solutions for improvement.
