Photographers do not necessarily need to specialize in street style, so long as they have enough of a sense of style to select appropriate subjects. This is a great opportunity for a documentary photographer who travels and is looking for some side work. We pay by the city and require 20+ subjects per city - full lengths, details and portraits are all okay. Major places like Dharamsala - the exile home of Dalai Lama and thousand of Tibetans in exile. Street photos have subjects like culture, people, religion, nature, exploration, Himalayas. I have nice street photos from Leh Ladakh to suit the magazine. Exclusive story on Chitkul which is India's last inhabited village near the Indo-Tibet border; the Indian road ends here in the Indian Himalayan region gives a glimpse of the people [the tribe, which is Buddhist ] living in the highest region. [ people, culture, living and traditions.] The political importance of the place that it is also the last village on the old Hindustan-Tibet trade route. Chitkul is practically the last point of the famous Kinner Kailash Parikrama as one can hitch a hike from here onwards. The valley is extremely beautiful, on the left bank of the Baspa River are snow-clad mountains and on the right bank the whole terrain is full of apple orchids and wooden houses. The theme of the story is a mix of - People and cultures, Travel , the natural world and Exploration.
