Press pass and sleeping in Juba

Anyone have any info on what takes to get a press pass from ministry of info in Juba (and how long takes)?
Also, recommendations for a decent place to sleep in Juba?
Don't need anything more than bed with mosq net, hole in the floor somewhere nearby, and enough security to keep gear from getting stolen.

Last february I stayed in Friendship Guest House (Juba). It’s nearby Oasis Camp, just opposite, on seconde street-line from the riverside. Phone # 0955191568.
Price is 120 ssp (~35-40$) for single room. Bed, net & breakfast are available. And enough security as well.
