      <description>It was quite easy...just go to the press office in Dar. Should take a day, but could take a bit longer....they can try and squeeze you for a higher fee....but they are pretty mellow. 

However they didn't stop me from getting arrested and put in jail for taking pictures near a mine, but it was still good to have...

If you aren't filming lions Tanzania can be difficult to work in, lots of bureaucracy...and guest books to sign and important people to shake hand with...</description>
