A similar "No" in the USA was overturned when I managed to get an introduction from s personal contact (friend) of the relevant Commissioner of prisons. Now, I am looking for a friend or good acquintance of the ministry's press chief, AURELIA DU VIGNAU. She was working as a journalist in Afghanistan (for "Valeurs Actuelles") in 2008. In 2004-2006 she was also based in Afghanistan, for JWT - Altai communication. Is there anyone who knows her well enough to introduce me to her on a more personal basis?
