BW processing is complicated today, you can ask to two big shops, Kinefot (center of the city) and Buenos Aires Color (San Telmo neighborhood). I process my own bw rolls. About film, with cash the best option is Centro Mayorista, and Kinefot sell film a and chemicals too. Another supplier is Santiago Distrifot but is not in the center of the city. I see you are in NYC. If you come from there I recommend to purchase all the film and the bags to avoid x rays in your city. Here film is very expensive and they are not importing all the brands.
