The multimedia was screened at Arles Photofestival 2010 (France) and at DC Photofestival 2010 (US), has received the Honorary Mention Anthropographia Award for Human Rights, has been awarded of the Professional Best Global Health Multimedia (2011) and has won the 2nd Prize World Press Photo Multimedia Contest (2011). The book has won the POYi Best Photography Book Award (2011).
