Anyway, I’m really not sure if they would be the ones to contact as they usually only grant access to their own staff / contract photogs etc. I suggest trying to find some Karen in Mae Sot, explain what it is you intend to do and see if they can get you in. It's also standard to get approval from the camp leaders before they will let you in so maybe schedule a few waiting days for that.There maybe other ways of getting in with a fixer or something,but i'm really not sure on that front.Best of luck.
