The LRA have&nbsp;turned their attention to attacking and killing Sudanese civilians. 11 killed in a village near Yei last week, and two killed near Juba. No one is reporting this yet, although a journalist I was with a few days ago, who works for the New Vision, is in Yei now with the UPDF, so the story should be out soon.<br/> <br/> Travelling in Uganda... Kampala to Gulu and Lira is safe by road, only by day.&nbsp;But roads north to Kitgum and Adjumani etc., should not be attempted even in daylight, unless with armed convoy.<br/> <br/> Flights out of Gulu are fairly reasonable - Gulu to Kitgum return is $110.<br/> <br/> Michael, I left a message for you at the Acholi Inn, but then at short notice, took a flight to Kitgum.
