I will sent you a PM with the phonenumber of the HCR office in N'djamena. I also have a Thuraya phonenumber of Helene Caux. She was one of the press officers in Abeche when we where there. I don't know if she is still around but her thuraya could have passed on to another press officer. One of them should know about accesibility of the border area. When do you plan to go?
