I have purchased a phone and cards for UK, Spain and Morrocco from them. Unfortunately I am not at home and am on someone else's computer, so I don't have my bookmarks. Both have rental programs for overseas travel. If you're going to go there frequently, I'd just buy an unlocked tri-band phone.
