You find it on www.skype.com. The free version permits you to contact web to web by written chat, voice ... As Ichat, messenger, or yahoo messenger you'll tell me. But this one you don't have to have any account just download the program. It's not necessary to have an e-mail account to have that. And it works really well. Other thing is that they have a web to phone deal. It's not free but it charges really little. Same price or less than the prepaid cards you can find around, just you don't have to go and find the cards you just pay on the web and call anywhere in the world for really cheap. (ex: Italy to Belgium 0,50 Euro for 40 min) For the ones that are in the field if they really have to use a sat phone to get in touch with they're job givers (I know it's expensive) it's a way to make b-gan work as a phone I guess. I never tried but I don't see why it shouldn't work.
