Canon Mark II N CR2 files

Dear all,

I have just made a shoot with a brand new Canon Mark IIN shooting raw files(CR2). I am unable to read these images in Canon DPP and photo station pro. Any ideas on how to read these images taking into account that I have successfully shot raw on another Mark IIn that is slightly older. Is this a possible sofeware upgrade needed for the new camera?

From your new DPP 2.1 on the CD included with Canon EOS 1D Mark II N or come to www.bebit.com, Find, download and Update the DPP to 2.1x, you will solve the problem.
HTH.

You also can convert raw to jpeg with Photoshop.

Have you tried shooting RAW & Jpg and viewing in Photo Mechanic and then dropping them into photoshop to save as jpgs?
