Freesound

"HERE":http://freesound.iua.upf.edu/index.php is a sight where you can download sounds of all kinds for, well, whatever, excluding advertising. Could be good for all multimedia buffs. Used to great effect on the "Martin Parr multimedia show":http://inmotion.magnumphotos.com/essays/agenda.aspx

Re: Freesound

Freesound seems prety much like LS in it's format - a free site dependent upon "donations":http://www.lightstalkers.org/about/donations with lots of people sharing their knowledge for the benefit of each other. Sure to be a lot of fine information for photogs. struggling with sound files and techniques as well a seemingly well established resource.
Good too for parents with young kids!!
