Although I haven’t watched it, I believe there is one out called “Contact” which interviews famous photographers about their contact sheets allowing the viewer to get a look at the shots that led up to and followed their most famous pictures.

There’s a CBC film called “Beyond Words” with interviews with about a dozen photojournalists.
PBS aired a downloadable segment with Paul Fusco called “Shooting the War”.
Susan Meiselas’ film is called “Pictures from a Revolution”
and then there’s the Shelby Lee Adams film called “The true Meaning of Pictures”.
Oh and “Masters of Photojournalism” with Eddie Adams, John White, Joe McNally and Bernie Boston
And there are many many more.
