Fixer in Mindanao, Philippines?

Hi, I am going to Mindanao Island, Philippines first time next week for assignment. I am looking for fixer. Anyone has good person in mind? Thanks for help.

You can try this guy. I was recommended him—particularly for Basilan or the Sulu islands, but since I didn’t go there I didn’t get in touch with him in the end. Not even sure of his name: Al Jacinto, I guess
