Fixer in South Vietnam?

Hi all,

Does anyone have suggestions for a fixer in Vietnam? I need someone who speaks english, knows how to get around easily, etc. I’ll be in HCMC, for the most part, but am traveling around… I’m on a budget (as always), and I have no idea what the going rate for a fixer is these days. Any help would be most appreciated. Thanks, Erin
