Fixer - Algeria and Kazakhstan

Hey people, I am going to need a fixer in Algiers, Algeria and Kazakhstan in early Novemeber to help scout and guide. We are shooting a kinda of long format (2 minute) commercial/film for GE’s ‘Ecomagination campaign’. Any leads please let me know!
