You can find both of them outside Taitu Hotel (recommended clean with hot water, and 46 birr a night) at the Piazza. They both speak English fluently as well as local languages. Smart and capable of lying.
Tell them Samson from Japan recommeded you, they are going to try and rip you off. Make sure you decide on a price first, don’t pay more than you think they deserve. You can try them out for a day or something.
Plenty of young guys will help you out like a friend and then charge you. Assume no one will help you for nothing. Trust no one that speaks English. The palace, bridges, anything government is not to be photographed. You can be arrested just pointing in the direction, so be careful.
I got arrested once, and no one at the police station spoke English.
Good luck.
